Cold Brew Coffee In 3 Simple Steps!

Add Coffee

Add 7-8 scoops of your favorite medium grind coffee to the included Coffee Filter and close. Attach Filter to Control Lid.

(Note - For best results, please be sure to use medium grind coffee for optimum flavor and reduced acidity. Dark roasts tend to be much less acidic than lighter ones. Arabica beans contain considerably less acid than Robusta beans.)

Add Water

Add clean, filtered room-temperature water to the "Fill" line. Attach Control Lid to the Carafe and plugin. *Note hot water is never recommended and can possibly damage the unit.

Select Brew Strength

Select your desired Brew Strength and in 5-20 minutes your fully extracted, full-strength cold brew coffee is ready!

4 Coffee Brew Strengths To Choose From - There's an option for everyone. Select from: Light (5 Minutes), Medium (10 Minutes), Bold (15 Minutes), or Extra Bold (25 Minutes).

Why Cold Brew?

Cold Brew coffee, by definition, is brewed without introducing heat; since the coffee grounds aren't exposed to high temps, cold brew coffee usually tastes more flavorful and less bitter than hot coffee. The brewing process with room temperature water brings out different flavors from the coffee bean than when brewing with heat. Cold brewed coffee has a less acidic, super-smooth, yet more pronounced flavor than hot brewed coffee. Cold brew coffee can be served hot, cold, or even over ice.

(*Note - Only room-temperature water should be used. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any misuse of the product as any form of hot water can cause damage to the machine).
